LL Cool J: Jamaica Recap Part 1

I wanted to post a Vlog instead of a blog for this one so that you guys could see the excitement on my face as I explained the wonderful things that God did on this trip, but a blog post will suffice for now. So...where do I start?

 Okay, so how about I start by saying THANKKYOUUU to God for actually letting me go on the trip. Guys, let's just say it wasn't an easy road getting there. My mommy was really reluctant about sending me out of the country without any family members, but thank God for easing her mind. In addition, God provided financially and so I was on my way to JAMAICA!!

YEAH MON. EVERYTING IRIE. BIG UP. NUFF RESPEC!

So, for those of you who don't know..I'm Jamaican...SURPISE. My accent isn't just for fun (although there are plenty of accents I DO do just for funzies).wow..i just used the word funzies. forget that. Prior to this trip, the last time I was in Jamaica was last year for a funeral. As weird as this may sound though. That trip was AMAZING. God used my 3 degge degge (Jamaican term for "little little") days down there to birth an amazing passion in my heart! I came back telling everybody that I HAD to go back to Jamaica. Anywaysss....back to present day....

So I arrived at the airport and met up with my "co-laborers" for the first time. They welcomed me with open arms. While waiting for "LL" to arrive. LL will identify the "LOVELY LADY" that attends my church who pretty much mothered me the whole trip. NO LADIES, IT has NOTHING to do with a man who licks his lips every 5 seconds. 

lol. Anyway,while we were waiting for LL to arrive,I had a mind-blowingly AMAZING conversation with another one of the ladies who was at the trip,let's just say I knew I was where I was supposed to be! While waiting for LL, we got some food!  . yum!! When LL arrived and everything was settled, we were on our way to New Generation Christian Camp in St. Ann's Jamaica. I didn't know what to expect, but I knew God was all over it. 

In Part 2, I'll explain what i did while i was in JA,lessons I learned, and hopefully upload more pics of the trip ;)
